This session was like a dream come true! Not only for me, but for Brooke and Conor too! These two were married just 6 months ago in May( Check out their wedding blog HERE) and while their wedding day was BEAUTIFUL, we lost light and it rained a little after their ceremony. Their bride and groom portraits were inside and that worked out perfectly, however, Brooke was really hoping for some outside bride and groom portraits. She contacted me a few months ago with her idea of getting back into their wedding attire and getting a few portraits of them on the beach with their dog, Murphy. You can see more photos of Murphy from their engagement session we had a year ago.
I was so ecxcited to see them again and to take photos OUTSIDE for them!I knew this was going to be a session that they will have photos they will LOVE and want all over their house! We picked the date just before their 6 month anniversary of being married. It was about 30 degrees outside… on the beach… with some slight wind… but you can not tell that Brooke and Conor are freezing! They braved the cold and got amazing photos! I am so happy that I was able to do this for them. I am ever so thankful that they trusted me to capture more photos of them during their first year of marriage! I can not wait to share these with you all, and I hope I get to see these two again and again and again, soon!
Brooke and Conor ( and Leah and Murphy)- You guys ROCK! Thanks so much for coming to NH, getting all dressed up, bringing some details and braving the freezing temps! It was 100% worth it and I bet your car ride back home was warm! 🙂 I can not wait to see you guys again! I also can not believe your wedding was 6 months ago! Time flies! Congratulations, again! I love you guys so much! I hope you have these prints all over your home soon, they are too amazing not to have hanging up for all your visitors to see! xoxo
This was such a FUN shoot! This lovely couple contacted me a week after they got engaged to find out more info! We chatted for a while over Facetime and Andrea mentioned how she has been following me on Instagram for awhile now and she learned about me through following my friend, JorDecor! A few times a year I collaborate with Jordan over at JorDecor for session in her home, so I was so honored that Andrea found me and started following me this way! It’s fun to hear how big of a fan she is of the both of us, so getting to meet her in person was just the best!
Andrea and Chris chose Bird Park in Walpole for their engagement session! This park had so many amazing areas for photos, I was so excited and had them stopping every couple of steps because the light was perfect, the colors were perfect or the area was just too pretty to walk by! They were so great listening to my location suggestions in the Park and they were wonderful tour guides too since they know the area well! They pointed me in pretty locations and let me just tell you, each photo just makes my heart so happy!
After our session they emailed me the SWEETEST email that just made my entire week! They said –
Chris and I just wanted to thank you so much for such a wonderful and fun engagement session today. We both felt so comfortable with you and know how much more fun our wedding day photos will be. We liked working with you and it was just a great day. Thanks for including our family in the pictures today too!
It was really wonderful to see how relaxed and comfortable Chris was with you. At first, he wanted no part of taking engagement pictures. He said he would do it because I wanted to, but I had no idea how he was really going to be today. After our session today, he realized how important it was to take engagement pictures, so the three of us can really get to know each other. He was totally himself and relaxed with you. He’s already brainstorming photo ideas for our wedding day. What’s also wonderful is that he wants to keep you around for my maternity photos and family photos! 🙂
We can’t thank you enough. The time flew by and we had so much fun working with you! We can’t wait to see the gorgeous photos you took today!
Andrea & Chris
Any that my friends, is an email that I will always remember. One that just makes me so happy hearing how much fun was had (by all) and how they are looking forward to the wedding day! I always get sad at the end of my sessions knowing I wont get to see my brides and grooms for just a bout a year, a little over… but I know that it flies by! I am so honored to be your wedding photographer, Andrea and Chris! I hope you love your photos just as much as I do! xoxo.
How amazing is this!!?!?! They live so close to family, that during our session, I got to meet some of the fam, walking their pups! It was too sweet not to take a photo of them all! What a great moment!

I met Gina and Kevin in the summer when Gina’s sister Jen got married at Mill Falls. I had so much fun at Jen and Jason’s wedding, when Gina contacted me I was so excited, I knew I was going to love them for their engagement session and I know their wedding is going to be a blast! Guess what….? I was right…I love them.
Gina and Kevin’s engagement session was around the Boston Sea Port. What a perfect location! We were able to have several different backgrounds since there are so many awesome places for photos in this area. I found out that this area has a special meaning to them as they met at a bar not too far from where we were!
Charley. their fur baby attended the shoot for the last half hour! She is such a beautiful pup and I was so happy they brought her with them! You can see the love that is shared between all 3 of them during this shoot and I am so thrilled I was able to capture it all.
Gina, Kevin and Charley, Thank you so much for choosing me to capture these moments. I had so much fun seeing to guys again and getting to meet Charley. I am sad I will not see you guys again until August! I hope you love your photos and I hope you enjoy looking at a few of my favorites from our session together. xoxo.
A huge shout out to Beabout Exposure as they were there during this session documenting behind the scenes video for us! I even did a little interview after their session and I can not wait to share the final product! If you are looking for a videographer, contact them!! Philip and Brittney are awesome!
